O’Brien Robinson continues its relationship with Trivium Development and Tim Spencer with the construction of this new 41,149 sf Medical Office Building in Grove City near the new Mt. Carmel Grove City Hospital. O’Brien Robinson was selected as the Construction Manager and brought on board prior to design to help control the design, scheduling and constructability measures. The project included not only site and shell construction, but also the build out of most tenants in the building including, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus Nephrology and Central Ohio Urology Group. The project was delivered on time and under budget. The project was up for several awards in Grove City and has a definite “presence” in the area.
