This is the 5th building that O’Brien Robinson has built for developer Scott Beaver. Located on Main Street in Reynoldsburg, this building is small in size, but incredible street appeal. Primary materials on this buildings shell include: stone, stucco, brick, storefront glass system, and an EDPM membrane roof. With a small site and a small building footprint, it was critical that we work to a conservative budget. O’Brien Robinson worked to help value engineer the building design and site design to improve the budget by over 8%. The project was completed on time and within the budget established by the Owner.
