O’Brien Robinson performed as the Construction Manager for this 24,280 s/f retail center in New Albany. The developer, Gallas Zadeh Retail Development, brought us onto the team in the very early stages of design. Working with Carter Bean and his engineers, we were able to coordinate and price out work letters for the Tenants as they came on board. Controlling the overall budget for not only the shell of both buildings and the site are important, but equally valuable to the developers is O’Brien Robinson’s ability to review work letters and verify plans and pricing for some of the tenant build outs. The project was a huge success with the tenants filling both buildings and turnover times met!
