Ohio Health Care Federal Credit Union, led by CEO Bill Butler, approached O’Brien Robinson in the fall of 2005 with plans to purchase an existing building and convert it into a new Credit Union. With deposits in December of 2004 at over $23 million, OHCFCU is a growing company, needing a larger office space. Working with the architect, Meacham and Apel, O’Brien Robinson participated in the planning, cost estimating and now construction of the new Credit Union. The layout included: video teller stations, board room, offices, call center area, training room, conference rooms, and areas for staff breaks and computer servers. A new 3 lane drive-thru was also be built in the rear of the building for customer convenience. The project began in December of 2005 and concluded in April of 2006.
