O’Brien Robinson was selected from a distinguished list of Construction Managers to build the New Albany Presbyterian Church. The Team including Architect, Engineers, and Construction Manager worked on design, costing, constructability and delivery schedules through a very tough time. The pricing and availability of steel, wood and other primary materials made the process very challenging to get a plan in place that would fit the budget and still be able to deliver the project by July of 2023. Tom O’Brien built many costing models in order to find a plan that would work. The collaboration with the Building Committee, led by Ronda Hobart, was simply awesome. Construction commenced in spring of 2022 and we are well under way! We appreciate being able to serve in the capacity of Construction Manager on this special project.
