O’Brien Robinson is performing as the Developer and General Contractor for the new ground up 46,366 s/f Medical Office Building located at the prominent intersection of Central College Road and New Albany Road East. The new building sits on the 5.916-acre site with ample parking planned for 250-spaces. The property owners reached out to O’Brien Robinson for consulting on the development and construction of the project in 2019 and the Team had created momentum for the project only to be put on hold by COVID. Financially, the Hondros Family Companies are the primary investors along with financing for the project provided by Heartland Bank. The Medical Center of New Albany project qualified for a tax abatement. The City of New Albany, along with the New Albany Building Department, provided unlimited guidance and support during the process.
