O’Brien Robinson was selected as the Construction Manager on this new Medical Office Building just west of Delaware, OH on Route 37. O’Brien Robinson was brought on board during design to help control the costs, scheduling and constructability measures. The project was slated for a fast-delivery and measures were taken to expedite the schedule to meet the goals of the Tenant for opening. The project consists of a 10,000 sf medical office building that included new OhioHealth MOB standards. A combination of brick, stone and glass flank the building with a unique entrance canopy/tower. The interior was fully built-out including offices, reception area, break room, lab processing and ample consult and work areas. The project was a success as O’Brien Robinson met the budgetary goals as well as exceeded the desired schedule for construction!
