This project created new offices for the HER Real Living sales staff in the Hilliard locale. The building is constructed of a very attractive red brick with large gables hip-truss roof features. There is a potential stone wall and hedge row that creates a courtyard effect highlighted by a cone style gazebo. The building is slab on grade construction with wood roof truss systems and wood stud walls. The air handling units feeds from the roof. The site included preparation for the building and a parking area for 55 cars. The project took approximately 6-months to construct.
