This project is an office for the HER Real Living sales staff in Grove City, Ohio. The building was constructed with a very attractive red brick with large gables hip-truss roof features. The building is slab on grade construction with wood roof truss systems and wood stud walls. The air handling units feed from the roof. The site included preparation for the building and a parking area for 55 cars. The project schedule was approximately 6-months. O’Brien Robinson was able to maintain the original construction budget and deliver the project to the owner on time. O’Brien Robinson is very proud of the relationship built with HER Real Living and will continue to service their organization in the future. This was the 4th office building built for the HER Organization.
