O’Brien Robinson continued their long-time relationship Jason Zadeh and Greg Gallas as they teamed with the Wagenbrenner Company and the City of Gahanna on this great retail project at Clark Hall. A long term land lease positioned the project for success, along with a “Class-A” line-up. The buildings were constructed using structural brick along with traditional steel bar joists. Decorative canopies give an extra detail on the side of the building that faces the street. Four sided architecture was a must for this project because of the layout. With the parking in the rear, most entrances are on the back of the building; however, some tenants have taken advantage of having two entrances—in front and rear. This project was “cost plus” and 100% of buyout and savings went back to the Owner. O’Brien Robinson delivered the project 20-days early.
