The Golf Club of Dublin is a new “high-end” daily fee facility located in Dublin, Ohio. Construction of the 18-hole facility began in the spring of 2001 and was designed by Dr. Michael Hurdzan. The course will have a “Scottish” flare and will give opportunity for the locals to enjoy a true links style golf course. To compliment the golf course, the clubhouse is designed in an English Manor style featuring a steep pitched, cedar shingled roof and a white painted brick exterior. Surrounding the clubhouse will be a landscaping theme that simulates a Scottish moor, using mounding and environmental grasses. The clubhouse contains dining areas, banquet rooms, pro shop, locker rooms, pub and administrative areas— in a well designed 9,553 sq/ft layout. O’Brien Robinson was the General Contractor for this project and delivered it within budgetary and scheduling parameters.
