Project Detail

East Broad Street Retail - Infill

Columbus, Ohio

Along with the Target Site at East Broad and the 16,000 sq/ft retail out-parcel building, O'Brien Robinson constructed the entire infill (shown in blue) at the East Broad Street Plaza. This included construction of 67,285 sq/ft.

Not only did O'Brien Robinson construct the shell for his space, parking lots and all landscaping and lighting; they constructed the interior fit-out of the Pet Supply Plus, Kato Clothing, Luxury Nails, and Office Max.

The challenging schedule for this project was driven by fall openings and Christmas sales which forced the project into a "fast-track" mode. O'Brien Robinson and their subcontractors worked 28-weekends, ample overtime and often double-shifts to accomplish the scheduling goals. The project finished on-time and within the projected budget.
